Built over the old palace of Inca Roca, it was the residence of Fray Vicente de Valverde, first bishop of Cusco.

Inside there is a patio with galleries with porticoes, Venetian blue glazed tiles, craved wooden doors, a chapel with an exquisite artisan wooden roof, a baroque altarpiece and a beautiful hall.

It hosts a very rich sample of colonial art like the paintings from the Master Marcos Zapata, the collection of the Zodiac composed of 9 pieces from the Master Diego Quispe Tito, the collection of Corpus Christi from an anonymous author, a hand chair, various "casullas" (priest's ceremonial dresses), and the first organ that arrived to Peru and the Americas.
